Document Attachment makes it easy to add important files to each replacement vehicle directly from the list. This offers several advantages:

Centralization of information: All documents, such as contracts, insurance certificates, inspection reports, and other essential files, are stored in one place, associated with each vehicle.

Fast and secure access: Users can instantly access documents without having to search through different folders or systems. This also ensures the security of files, which remain accessible only to authorized users.
To attach a document to a replacement vehicle, follow these steps:
From the list of vehicles, select the vehicle concerned.
Use the "Attach Document" option (usually represented by a paperclip icon or a specific option).
Download the file from your computer and save it.
With this feature, document management becomes more organized and efficient, making it easier to track essential information for each replacement vehicle.
