Subcontractor Management
The “Subcontractor Vehicles” interface allows you to manage vehicles belonging to subcontractors in the Digiparc system. This section gives you an overview of subcontractors with their associated vehicles, and allows you to view and manipulate relevant information for effective subcontractor management.
Management of subcontractor vehicles: This functionality allows you to efficiently manage subcontractor vehicles by centralizing and organizing all the necessary information. You can easily add, modify, or delete vehicles for optimal tracking.
-
Adding vehicles: Add a vehicle owned by a contractor by entering essential information such as make, model, year of manufacture, energy type, and other specific details. Each vehicle can be attached to a sub-fleet or a category for a clear and personalized organization.
-
Editing information: Update contractor vehicle information at any time. Whether changing technical data (e.g. engine capacity or fuel consumption), changing vehicle status based on wear or maintenance, or assigning a new driver, this option helps ensure that all information remains accurate and up to date.
-
Removal of vehicles: When a subcontractor's vehicle is removed from the fleet (following the end of the contract, a reform or decommissioning), it is possible to delete it from the system. This action helps maintain a well-organized database, retaining only active vehicles. Vehicles taken out of service can also be archived to keep an accessible history.
