Data Export

Exporting vehicles generates a downloadable file containing all available information about the vehicles registered in the system. This file can be useful for different purposes, such as:

• Internal Analysis: Comparison of mileage, vehicle ages or models to optimize fleet management.
• Audits: Collection of vehicle data for verification or compliance purposes.
• Data sharing: Transfer of information to partners, other internal departments or external suppliers.

The exported information includes

• Registration: Unique registration number for each vehicle.
• Fleet: Identifier of the fleet to which the vehicle belongs.
• Brand: Vehicle manufacturer (e.g.: DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
• Category: Type of vehicle (tractor, sedan, 4x4, etc.).
• Model: Specific vehicle model (e.g.: DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
• DMC (Date of circulation): Date of first registration of the vehicle.
• Age: Vehicle age number.
• Mileage: Total distance traveled by the vehicle.
• Chassis number: Vehicle chassis number.
