Exporting retired vehicles generates a downloadable file containing all available information on vehicles removed from the fleet. This file can be useful for various purposes, such as:

• Internal Analysis: Comparison of reform dates, types of reform or residual values ​​to optimize fleet management.
• Audits: Collection of data from scrapped vehicles for verification or compliance purposes.
• Data sharing: Transfer of information to partners, other internal departments or external suppliers.

Exported information includes:

• Registration: Unique registration number for each retired vehicle.
• Code: Vehicle-specific identification code in the system.
• Category: Type of vehicle (tractor, sedan, 4x4, etc.).
• Brand: Vehicle manufacturer (e.g.: DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
• Model: Specific vehicle model (e.g.: DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
• DMC (Date of circulation): Date of first registration of the vehicle.
• Date of entry into the fleet: Date on which the vehicle was integrated into the fleet.
• Mileage: Total distance traveled by the vehicle before reformation.
• Reform date: Date the vehicle was removed from the fleet.
• Type of reform: Reason or type of reform (sale, destruction, donation, etc.).
• Amount: Residual value or amount associated with the reform of the vehicle.
