Exporting retired vehicles generates a downloadable file containing all available information on vehicles removed from the fleet. This file can be useful for various purposes, such as:
- Internal Analysis: Comparison of reform dates, types of reform or residual values to optimize fleet management.
- Audits: Collection of data from scrapped vehicles for verification or compliance purposes.
- Data sharing: Transfer of information to partners, other internal departments or external suppliers.
Exported information includes:
- Registration: Unique registration number for each retired vehicle.
- Code: Vehicle-specific identification code in the system.
- Category: Type of vehicle (tractor, sedan, 4x4, etc.).
- Brand: Vehicle manufacturer (e.g.: DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
- Model: Specific vehicle model (e.g.: DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
- DMC (Date of circulation): Date of first registration of the vehicle.
- Date of entry into the fleet: Date on which the vehicle was integrated into the fleet.
- Mileage: Total distance traveled by the vehicle before reformation.
- Reform date: Date the vehicle was removed from the fleet.
- Type of reform: Reason or type of reform (sale, destruction, donation, etc.).
- Amount: Residual value or amount associated with the reform of the vehicle.
In the example below, an Excel file shows a preview of this information. Each column represents exported data, providing an overview and facilitating sorting or filtering for in-depth analysis.
