Export of vehicles

Exporting vehicles generates a downloadable file containing all available information about the vehicles registered in the system. This file can be useful for different purposes, such as:

• Internal Analysis: Comparison of mileage, vehicle ages or models to optimize fleet management.
• Audits: Collection of vehicle data for verification or compliance purposes.
• Data sharing: Transfert des informations aux partenaires, à d'autres services internes ou à des fournisseurs externes.

The exported information includes

• Immatriculation: Numéro d'immatriculation unique pour chaque véhicule.
• Flotte: Identifiant de la flotte à laquelle appartient le véhicule.
• Marque: Constructeur du véhicule (ex. : DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
• Catégorie: Type de véhicule (tracteur, berline, 4x4, etc.).
• Modèle: Modèle spécifique du véhicule (ex. : DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
• DMC (Date of circulation): Date of first registration of the vehicle.
• Age: Vehicle age number.
• Mileage: Total distance traveled by the vehicle.
• Chassis number: Vehicle chassis number.

In the illustration below you can see an example of an Excel file with this information. It includes columns for each data item mentioned, allowing an overview and facilitating sorting or filtering operations.
