Export Leaves
Exporting leave data allows users to create a file containing all employee leave information, such as leave types taken, start and end dates, durations, and remaining balances. This file, usually in common formats such as CSV or Excel, is a valuable tool for leave management and absence tracking. It can be shared with various stakeholders, such as HR managers, department managers or auditors, facilitating smooth communication and informed decision-making.
This export capacity also makes it possible to carry out in-depth analyzes on leave trends, by cross-referencing data such as periods of high demand, reasons for absence, or even the impact on productivity. These analytics can support human resource planning, identifying critical periods or adjusting leave policies to better meet organizational needs.
By enabling easy and quick data extraction, leave export strengthens the transparency of absence management processes and ensures better visibility into employees' work-life balance. This mechanism also simplifies internal or external audits, by offering a complete and detailed overview of leave granted and current leave balances.
The exported information includes
Collaborator: The name of the employee concerned by the leave is displayed, allowing rapid identification. This information is essential for tracking individual absences and managing the leave balance of each employee accurately.
Registration number: The employee’s unique number is also presented. This number makes it easier to identify employees, especially in large organizations where several employees may have similar names.
Start date and End date: The start and end dates of the leave provide a precise view of the employee's period of absence. This information is essential to organize schedules, avoid overlap and manage resources efficiently.
Attachment: Documents associated with the request, such as medical or administrative supporting documents, are available in this column, guaranteeing transparent and complete management of leave-related information.
User: The name of the user or manager who processed the request is also recorded. This traceability reinforces transparency and facilitates the audit of actions related to leave management.
This organized export of leave data facilitates decision-making and allows rigorous monitoring of absenteeism and human resources management. It helps analyze absence trends, identify periods of overactivity or understaffing, and adjust leave planning according to organizational needs and employee requests. With this detailed view, HR managers can optimize leave management, ensure service coverage, and ensure leave policies are respected while meeting the needs of each employee.
