Filter Interviews

The advanced interview filtering system is designed to provide users with quick and accurate access to the interview recordings they want. This intuitive interface allows you to search for specific interviews by applying various criteria, such as the date of the interview, the type of maintenance performed, or the employee or vehicle concerned.

With this solution, users can quickly review key information and find exactly what they need, reducing the time spent searching and contributing to better decision-making. This advanced filtering system optimizes interview management by facilitating access to the necessary data, which is particularly useful for planning follow-up actions, identifying trends, and implementing performance optimization strategies.

Filter and search interviews

• Collaborator:This field allows you to select a specific collaborator to refine your search. Clicking the down arrow should bring you to a drop-down list containing the collaborators' names.
• Start date:This field allows you to set a start date for your search. You can manually enter the date or use the calendar (calendar icon) to select it. The red asterisk probably indicates that this field is required.
• End date:This field works in the same way as the "Start date" field. It allows you to set an end date for your search, allowing you to filter data between two specific dates. The red asterisk also indicates that this field is required.

This section of the interface allows you torefine your searchby applyingselection criteria. By choosing a specific collaborator and defining a date range, you will be able to display only data that matches those criteria.
