Salary List
The functionalityList of Salariesallows you to display in detail all employee salary information recorded in the system. This list provides a comprehensive overview of salaries, including bonuses, allowances and other compensation-related information.
Salary Display
Access the Salary List
- Go to the section“Salary Management”of the system to see all of the employees' salaries.
Details Shown
The list presents the following information for each employee:
- Collaborator: First and last name of the employee, or number for unique identification.
- Start date: The date from which the salary was applied.
- End date: The date on which the salary is valid (if applicable).
- Gross Salary: The total amount of salary before deductions.
- Net Salary: The amount of salary after tax and other deductions.
- Prime: Amount of bonuses awarded (for example: performance bonus, end-of-year bonus).
- Transport allowance: Transport allowances allocated to the employee.
- Seniority Bonus: Bonus awarded based on the employee's seniority.
- Attachment: Associated files, such as contracts or pay slips.
- How: Additional comments regarding wages or payment terms.
Display Structure
- Data is displayed in columns for each criterion mentioned above. This allows for easy and quick consultation.
Sorting and Filtering
- Users can sort the salary list by any column (for example, by employee name, start date or bonus amount).
- Filters can be applied to view specific salary groups based on criteria such as date, bonus type, or salary amount.
