The contract filter functionality allows users to easily sort and search for specific contracts within the database. Thanks to several filtering criteria, this option facilitates rapid access to the contractual information sought, which optimizes the management and monitoring of contracts in the organization.
Filtering Options
Users can refine their search using the following criteria:

To research: Free search field allowing you to enter keywords to find a specific contract.

Collaborator: Selection of the employee associated with the contract, making it easier to search for all contracts linked to a particular employee.

Number: Allows you to filter by the contract number, ideal for finding a specific contract based on its unique reference.

Start date: Selection of the contract start date, in order to find contracts that started on a specific date or within a defined period.

End date: Allows you to filter by the planned or actual end date of the contract, making it easier to identify expiring contracts.

Type of contract: Filtering according to the type of contract (CDI, CDD, temporary, etc.), useful for analyzing specific categories of contracts.

City: Allows you to select the employee's city of work or assignment, making it easier to search by geographic location.

Fleet: Filtering by fleet for contracts associated with employees of a specific fleet, useful for structured resource management.

Status: Selection of contract status (in progress, completed, suspended, etc.), allowing you to quickly view active or inactive contracts.
