PPE export

The Personal Protective Equipment export functionality allows users to generate a downloadable file bringing together all the data available on the PPE registered in the system. This file is useful in various contexts such as:

Exported Information

The export file includes the following fields:

• Wording: Name or description of the equipment (e.g.: helmet, vest).
• Collaborator: Name and first name of the beneficiary of the PPE.
• Registration number: Unique identifier of the employee.
• Date: Date of allocation of PPE.
• End Date: Expected end of use date.
• Amount excluding tax: Cost of PPE excluding taxes.
• Amount including tax: Cost of PPE all taxes included.
• Attachment: Documents or supporting documents related to the PPE (invoices, certificates, etc.).
• User: Identity of the user who added or modified the record.

Export File Format

• Format: The generated file is generally in Excel format, ideal for processing and analysis.
• Structure: Data is organized in clearly labeled columns, allowing for efficient sorting and filtering.
