Import Offenses

The bulk import feature allows you to quickly add multiple traffic violations into the system using a pre-formatted file. This option is ideal for integrating large amounts of data in an efficient and structured way.

Advantages of Mass Importation

Step 1: Download and Prepare the Template

Download Pre-Formatted Template:

• Click onDownload the modelto retrieve an Excel file containing the columns needed for import.

This file may include the following fields:

• vehicle: Number or unique identifier.
• Collaborator: Name of driver involved.
• Wording: Description of the offense (e.g. speeding, prohibited parking).
• Date: Date of the offense.
• Type of Offense: Category (e.g.: minor, serious).
• Collection of Papers: Yes/No.
• Fine: Amount of the fine excluding tax/tax included.
• Vehicle Withdrawal: Yes/No.
• Number of Points: Points removed from the license.
• At the expense of the Company: Yes/No.
• Miscellaneous Fees: Additional costs linked to the infringement.
• Attachment: Related documents (e.g.: scanned tickets).
• Address: Location of the offense.
• Place: City or region.
• How: Additional comments.

Data Entry:

• Complete the file respecting the structure and mandatory fields indicated in the template.
• Make sure you don't leave any critical data missing (e.g. Vehicle, Date, Label).

Step 2: Load File

Import File:

• Click the buttonImport a file.
• Select the completed Excel file from your device.

Content Verification:

A summary window is displayed indicating:

• The total number of lines detected.
• Valid records ready to import.
• Any errors (e.g. missing or poorly formatted data).

Fix Errors:

• Rows with errors are highlighted.
• Download a patched file if necessary to make changes.

Step 3: Finalize the Import

• Once the errors have been corrected, rerun the import.
• Click onConfirm importto integrate the data into the system.

Imported File Format

• Format Accepted: XLSX or CSV.
• Structure: Clearly defined columns corresponding to system fields.

Confirmation and Result

• A message confirms the successful import.
• Imported offenses now appear in the offense list, ready for viewing or editing.
