Import Salaries
The functionalityImporting Salariesallows you to quickly add multiple salary records into the system using a pre-formatted file, usually as an Excel file. This method is particularly useful when you need to integrate salary data for a large number of employees simultaneously.

Step 1: Download and Prepare the Template File
A pre-formatted file template (Excel) is made available. This file contains columns defined for each salary information, such as:
- Collaborator: Name or unique identifier of the employee.
- Start date: Start date of the salary period.
- End date: End date of the salary period.
- Big salary: Gross amount of salary.
- Net salary: Net amount after deductions.
- Prime: Amount of premiums, if applicable.
- Transport allowance: Amount of transport compensation.
- Seniority Bonus: Amount of the seniority bonus, if applicable.
- Attachment: Associated files (optional).
- How: Additional observations or clarifications.
Required Fields
The following fields areobligatoryTo ensure a successful and correct import:
- Collaborator: Name or unique identifier of the employee.
- Start date: Start date of the salary period for which the salary is paid.
- Big salary: Gross amount of salary before deductions.
- Net salary: Net amount of salary after tax and social deductions.
Complete the template:
- Enter salary data for each employee in the appropriate columns.
- Verify that the data is complete and correctly formatted.
Step 2: Load File
Select Excel file:
- Go to the import interface and click“Browse”to select the Excel file you prepared.
Load the file into the system:
- Once the file is selected, click“Load”Gold"Import". The system will analyze the file and prepare the data for integration.
Step 3: Verify Data
Previewing imported data:
- After downloading, a preview window will display the data extracted from the file.
- Verify that the information is imported correctly and that all required fields are completed.
Data Validation:
- The system will also be able to indicate if there are errors in the file (for example, missing data or incorrect formats).
Step 4: Finalize the Import
Validate the import:
- If all data is correct, click“To validate”to finalize the import.
Import confirmation:
- Once the import is successful, the system will notify you that salaries have been added to the database and allow you to view the updated list of salaries.
Import File Format
The import file is usually a fileExcel (.xlsx)with clearly identified columns, as described previously. This makes it easy to manipulate the data before uploading it to the system.
