Display of training courses in list
Collaborator: The name of the employee concerned by the leave is displayed, allowing rapid identification. This information is essential for tracking individual absences and managing the leave balance of each employee accurately.
Registration number: The employee’s unique number is also presented. This number makes it easier to identify employees, especially in large organizations where several employees may have similar names.
Function: The employee's function or position is indicated, which helps to assess the impact of an absence on the company's activities and to better plan possible replacements.
Management and Service: The columns dedicated to management and employee service allow absences to be viewed by department or team, which is crucial to ensure operational continuity within the different levels of the organization.
