Contract Management
Contract management allows you to add, modify and delete contractual information for each employee. Here are the steps to use this feature and the key information to provide:
Adding a Contract
Go to the "Contracts" section in the collaborator's file, then click the "Add" button.
Fill in the following information:
- Type of contract: CDI, CDD, temporary, etc.
- Collaborator: Name of the employee concerned by the contract.
- Number: Unique contract reference number.
- Date of entry: Start date of the contract or arrival date of the employee.
- Hire date: Official date of hire.
- Expected end date: Date on which the contract is supposed to end.
- Expected duration: Expected duration of the contract (in months or years).
- Current end date: Actual end date, if the contract is completed before the scheduled date.
- Current duration: Actual total duration of the contract (in case of early end).
- Trial period: Duration of the trial period (in months).
- Number of working hours: Number of hours of weekly or monthly work planned.
- Attachment: Possibility of attaching a document (PDF, image) related to the contract.
- How: Field to add remarks or additional information about the contract.
- Once all the information has been entered, click "Save" to save the contract in the system.
Modification of a Contract
To modify an existing contract, access the list of contracts in the collaborator's file.
Select the contract you want to modify, then click "Edit".
Update the necessary information, for example:
- Adjustment of theexpected end dateor theactual duration.
- Changing thenumber of working hoursor adding ahow.
Once you have made the changes, click "Save" to save the changes.
Deleting a Contract
To delete a contract, access the list of contracts in the collaborator's folder.
Select the contract to delete, then click "Delete".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: The deletion is irreversible and results in the deletion of all information and attachments linked to the contract.
