Medical Management
Medical Management
Managing employee medical visits is a key element in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment. This monitoring allows managers to centralize all relevant medical information, thus providing a clear overview of the health status of each employee. Each medical visit is recorded with precise details, including the date, type of consultation, examination results and any recommendations.
This organization facilitates the planning of inspection visits, helps to guarantee compliance with legal obligations regarding health and safety at work, and helps to prevent professional risks. By having access to this information, managers can track the specific needs of each employee, ensure compliance with safety standards and take action when necessary.
In addition, regular monitoring of medical history promotes early detection of health problems and allows rapid intervention if necessary. This proactive approach helps protect employee well-being while ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Add a new medical visit
The interface for entering a new medical visit allows you to record in detail all the information relating to a medical consultation carried out by an employee.

Modification of a medical examination
To update medical visit information, first navigate to the visit list in the system. Search for the specific medical visit you want to edit based on the employee's name, visit date, or any other available search criteria, then select the "Edit" option.
In the modification interface, you will be able to adjust various details of the visit, such as the date, type of examination, results obtained, doctor's recommendations, or any other relevant information for monitoring the employee's health. Each change must be carefully checked to ensure the accuracy of medical data, which is essential to ensure quality monitoring and to meet occupational health and safety obligations.
Once the adjustments have been made, click “Save” to validate and save the update. This procedure helps maintain an accurate and up-to-date medical history for each employee, making it easier to manage their well-being within the company. With this up-to-date information, managers can also take appropriate prevention measures and plan future visits proactively, thereby contributing to a healthy and safe working environment.
Deletion of a medical visit
To delete a medical visit from the database, first access the list of medical visits recorded in the system. Search for the visit you want to delete using search criteria such as employee name or visit date. Once the visit has been identified, select it, then click on the “Delete” button to initiate the process.
A confirmation window will appear asking you to validate this permanent deletion. This step is crucial because deleting a medical visit is an irreversible action that results in the complete loss of information related to that visit. This includes important details like test results, medical recommendations and follow-up dates. It is therefore essential to carefully verify that the deletion is intentional and appropriate before confirming the action.
Deleting a medical visit should be done with caution, especially if this data is used for long-term monitoring of the employee's health. This procedure ensures that only relevant information is retained in the system, but it is recommended that any essential data be archived before proceeding if it could be useful for future analysis or consultation.
