Steps 1 to Import Contracts

Step 1: Download and Prepare the Canvas

• Model download: A template file, usually in Excel format, is available to help users organize contract data in a structured manner.

• Respect of columns: Each column corresponds to specific information in the contract, such asType of contract, Contract number, Collaborator, Entry date, Expected end date, Expected duration, City, Fleet, Status, Trial period, Number of working hours, Attachment, AndHow.
• Required fields: Certain fields, such as contract number and start date, Hiring date. are mandatory to ensure successful integration.

Step 2: Load File

• File selection: Click the buttonBrowseto choose the Excel file containing the contract information.
