Offense Management
A comprehensive interface to track, manage and document all traffic violations recorded within your organization.
This feature allows users to add, modify or delete information relating to traffic violations. It guarantees structured and efficient data management, promoting better incident monitoring.
Adding an Offense
Allows you to enter the full details of a new offense, filling in all relevant fields.
When managing infractions, the following fields are accessible for precise entry and tracking:
- vehicle: Identifier or registration of the vehicle concerned by the offense.
- Collaborator: Name and first name of the employee responsible or involved.
- Wording: Description or title of the offense (e.g.: speeding, parking prohibited).
- Date: Date on which the offense was committed.
- Type of offense: Category or nature of the offense (e.g.: traffic ticket, traffic offense).
- Paper collection: Indicates whether the vehicle documents (e.g. registration document) have been removed.
- Fine: Amount of the fine associated with the offense.
- Vehicle withdrawal: Indicates whether the vehicle has been immobilized or confiscated.
- Number of points: Points removed from the driving license as a result of the offense.
- At the expense of the company: Specifies whether the costs linked to the infringement are assumed by the company.
- Miscellaneous costs: Additional associated amounts (e.g.: intervention, treatment costs).
- Attachment: Associated documents, such as a copy of the ticket or a fine invoice.
- Address: Exact location where the offense was committed (e.g.: street, area).
- Place: City or region where the offense took place.
- How: Additional notes or observations regarding the incident.
Amendment of an Offense
Existing information may be updated to correct or supplement the data.
Step 1: Select the Offense to Modify
- Access the list of traffic violations in the system.
- Locate the offense in question, then click the buttonTo modifypartner.
Step 2: Update Information
- Edit the necessary fields as corrections or new information becomes available.
- Editable fields include:
- vehicle: Update the vehicle concerned.
- Collaborator: Modify the employee involved.
- Wording: Update the description or title of the offense.
- Date: Change the date of the incident.
- Type of offense: Adjust the offense category.
- Fine: Change the amount of the fine.
- Number of points: Update the points removed from the driving license.
- Miscellaneous costs: Modify the related additional amounts.
- Address and Location: Adjust the exact location of the incident.
- Attachment: Add or replace a supporting document (e.g.: copy of the fine or photos).
- How: Add additional notes.
Step 3: Validate Changes
- Once you have made the changes, clickSave.
- A confirmation message will be displayed to indicate that the changes have been saved successfully.
Removal of an Offense
Step 1: Access the Offenses List
- Navigate to the traffic offense management section.
- Identify the offense you want to remove.
Step 2: Select the Offense to Remove
- Click on the optionDELETEassociated with the offense concerned.
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
- A pop-up window appears asking for confirmation.
- Click onYesGoldConfirmto validate the deletion.
Step 4: Confirmation Message
- The system displays a message confirming that the offense has been successfully removed.
