The insurance filtering feature allows you to quickly find specific information and organize the data according to your needs. Here's how to use this feature:
Objective:
Make it easier to find and sort insurance information for a specific employee or group.
Steps of Use:
Access the Insurance List:
From the dashboard or main menu, selectInsurance Management. The complete list of insurances is displayed.

Use the Filter Tools:
Available filter options include:
- Collaborator:
Search by last name, first name or employee number.
- Insurance type:
Select from the available types (health, vehicle, liability, etc.).
- Insurance Company:
Filter by the company providing the insurance.
- Start/End date:
Specify a period to search for active or expired insurances.
- Duration:
Filter by contract duration.
- Font Number:
Search for a contract by entering its unique number.
- Amount including tax:
Filter by amount thresholds (for example, greater than 10,000).

Start the Search:
Click onApply Filtersto display results matching your criteria.

Refine Results:
Combine multiple criteria for a more precise search, such as a specific employee with a specific insurance type and time period.
Additional Options:
Sort Results:
Sort by column (for example, highest to lowest amount or by expiration date).
Export Filtered Results:
- Download results in Excel format for analysis or sharing.
Direct Printing:
- Print the filtered data as a report.

- Identification of Insurance Close to Expiry:
Filter byEnd dateto display only contracts that require renewal.
- Insurance Cost Analysis:
Look for contracts with a high tax-inclusive amount to evaluate budgets.
- Quick Search for a Collaborator:
