Export Contracts
The Contract Export functionality allows users to generate a downloadable file containing all available contract information saved in the system. This file is valuable for many applications, such as:
- Internal Analysis: Contract data can be used for in-depth analyzes to optimize workforce management, resource planning, and the distribution of employees by contract type, duration, etc.
- Audits: During compliance checks or internal audits, exporting contracts allows you to gather all the necessary information in a single document.
- Data sharing: This exported file can be transmitted to other departments, partners or external service providers to facilitate coordination and communication around contractual data.
Exported Information
The data contained in the export file includes:
- Contract Number: Unique identifier of each contract.
- Collaborator: Name and first name of the employee associated with the contract.
- Contract Type: Type of contract (CDI, CDD, freelance, etc.).
- Start Date: Date on which the contract began.
- End Date: Expected end date of the contract.
- Expected Duration: Period initially set for the contract.
- Current Duration: Actual period, in case of early end.
- Trial Period: Information about the trial period, if applicable.
- Number of working hours: Weekly or monthly hours depending on the type of contract.
- city: City of assignment or residence of the employee.
- Fleet: Specific fleet in which the employee is assigned, if applicable.
- Status: Current status of the contract (in progress, completed, suspended, etc.).
- Attachment: Possible attachments linked to the contract.
- How: Specific notes or comments regarding the contract.
Export File Format
The generated file is generally in Excel format to facilitate data manipulation. The columns are structured to enable quick sorting and filtering of information, making analysis, management and sharing processes more efficient.
This export functionality ensures a clear overview of contracts and provides a document that is easily shareable and usable for all stakeholders.
