Export Offenses
The Traffic Offenses Export feature allows you to generate a downloadable file containing all the information stored in the system. This tool is particularly useful for analyzing, sharing and managing data related to offenses.

Exported Information
The export file contains the following fields:
- vehicle: Number or unique identifier of the vehicle concerned.
- Collaborator: Name and surname of the driver involved.
- Wording: Detailed description of the offense (e.g. speeding, prohibited parking).
- Date: Date of the offense.
- Type of Offense: Category of the offense (e.g.: minor, serious).
- Collection of Papers: Indication if papers have been removed (Yes/No).
- Fine: Amount of the fine excluding tax/tax included.
- Vehicle Withdrawal: Indication if the vehicle has been immobilized (Yes/No).
- Number of Points: Number of points removed from the license.
- At the expense of the Company: Indication if the offense is the responsibility of the company (Yes/No).
- Miscellaneous Fees: Additional costs associated with the violation.
- Attachment: Attached files (e.g.: scans of traffic tickets).
- Address: Exact location of the offense.
- Place: City or region where the offense was noted.
- How: Additional notes or observations.
- User: Name of the user who added or modified the record.
